No. Most of the process is handled remotely by our team and your Butler. Some steps, such as opening a bank account, may need a short visit or a video call, depending on the country and the bank. We will tell you in advance.
In most cases, yes. Foreign-ownership rules differ by country and by business sector, so we first check your product and recommend the right structure, for example a Sdn Bhd in Malaysia or a PT PMA in Indonesia, before anything is registered.
It depends on the country and on how quickly your documents are ready. When we plan together, we give you a step-by-step timeline for each country, so you know what happens and when.
Usually a passport copy of each director and shareholder, proof of address, your proposed company name and a short description of your business. We send you an exact checklist for your chosen country, so you prepare only what is needed.
Your Butler is your trusted person on the ground: a registered local representative who attends meetings, speaks the language, solves problems and keeps things moving for you. Officially, the Butler is your first local employee, paid the local minimum wage.
Yes. Where a country requires a local director, the nominee is appointed under a written agreement that keeps ownership and decisions with you. You remain the shareholder and the owner of the business.
Yes. We prepare the documents and accompany the process, and if one bank declines, we help you apply to another at no extra consultancy fee. Final approval always rests with the bank.

Yes. We help with product registration and import licensing, including food, cosmetic and health product approvals and halal certification where required. Requirements and timelines depend on your product and the country.
